Therapy comes in many forms.
From light therapy to color therapy, regular exercise to allowing ourselves to dance and experience aesthetically pleasing (and delectable tasting food)… along with being out in nature to using our throat chakra to press out pent up energy within…
Oooo, and we can’t forget the healing effects of cleaning our own home and space(s)! This includes our walking temple—i.e., the body—tending to the skin, hair and nails)…
It’s a meditation, a declaration, an intentional reflection, a healthy creative expression…
